• You will be responsible to keep your Tripsia password safe and secure.

• You or any of your permitted administrator, assigniees, nominees can create an account for services and can terminate the same at any time. 

• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Privacy Policies ("Updated Privacy Policies") from time to time. Unless we make a change for legal or administrative reasons, we will provide reasonable notice before the Updated Privacy Policies effective. You agree that we may notify the Updated Policies by posting them on this Platform, and that your use of the Service after the effective date of the Updated Policies (or engaging in such other conduct as we may reasonably specify) constitutes your agreement to the Updated Policies. Therefore, you should review these Policies and any Updated Policies before using the Service. The Updated policies will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the Updated Policies, and will apply to your use of the Service from that point forward. This Privacy Policy will govern any disputes arising before the effective date of the Updated Policies.

• This Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party websites. We recommend that you carefully read the privacy statements of such sites. 

• If you register with us, we will collect and use the information you provide to us in order to provide you with the services you request. For example, you may provide us your name, gender, birthday, mobile number, email, ID document numbers, the contact person’s name and bank card number, the mobile number previously provided to the bank, or your credit card number, cardholder name, expiry date, etc. You may be travelling with other guests or make a booking on someone else’s behalf, in which case you will provide similar details to us. However, we would like to remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that the person or people whose personal information you have provided are aware that you’ve done so, and have agreed to your sharing of their personal information with us for these purposes. Information contained in the content you share through our services, such as a photo shared or uploaded and dates and times, etc. The information we collect may vary, but we only collect the information that you manually enter into our forms. 

• We will use your personal information to complete and manage your online booking. We will use the information you provide to manage your account , complete and manage your bookings. If you use a credit or debit card as payment, we also use third parties to check the validity of the swift code, account number, and card number you submit in order to prevent fraud.

• We will share your information with the end service providers like hotels, guest houses, cab rental or any other suppliers who are responsible for fulfilling your booking. You may note that while making a booking with Tripsia you authorize us to share your information with the said service providers and suppliers. It is pertinent to note that Tripsia does not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except as may be for fulfilling their part of service. However, how the said service providers/suppliers use the information shared with them is beyond the purview and control of Tripsia as they process Personal Information as independent data controllers, and hence we cannot be made accountable for the same. 

• Tripsia do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information of Users to third parties except sharing of such information with our business / alliance partners or vendors who are engaged by us for providing various referral services and for sharing promotional and other benefits to our customers from time to time basis their booking history with us.

• We may access, preserve and share your information in response to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to do so. We may also access, preserve and share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to: detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; to protect ourselves, you and others, including as part of investigations; and to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. Information we receive about you may be accessed, processed and retained for an extended period of time when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations concerning possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm.

• You may need to install updates to App that we introduce from time to time to use the app or to download content. Content originating from any App may communicate with the server and the content providers from time to time to check for available updates to the content and the functionality of Google Play, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions (collectively, "Updates").

• Your use of the content you have installed requires that you have agreed to receive such requested Updates.
